I've been there...

You’ve tried it all — the diets, the detoxes, the challenges. You’ve followed the meal plans, tracked the calories, cut the carbs, signed up to every new program that promised this time it’ll work. You’ve done everything “right,” maybe even under the guidance of professionals, but somehow it still feels like… it’s never enough. You’re exhausted from chasing a version of health and happiness that always seems just out of reach. And when the results don’t last — or never come at all — you’re left blaming yourself. Feeling like you failed, when really, the system failed you.

I know that place. I’ve lived it. And I want you to know that you’re not broken, and you don’t need fixing — you need freedom. That’s why I do this work. To help you heal your relationship with food and your body, and finally experience what it feels like to live in alignment with yourself — not in constant battle.

Remote Learning

I used to binge eat multiple times a week...

There was a time in my life when I would lock myself in my room and completely lose myself in a binge. I spent 15 years of my life stuck in the exhausting cycle of dieting — trying one plan after another, being “good” for as long as I could, only to end up “ruining it all” in one night by eating everything in sight.

 

Every Monday brought a fresh start and a new promise to “do better,” but the harder I tried to control my eating, the more out of control I felt. The shame, the guilt, the self-blame — it felt endless. And despite trying everything that promised health and happiness, nothing worked. In fact, it only made me feel worse. But then, I discovered intuitive eating — and it completely changed my life.

 

After years of doing the deep, healing work to rebuild trust with my body and make peace with food, I now live in a place where I no longer feel out of control around food. I don’t count calories, punish myself with exercise, or feel consumed by guilt after eating. I’ve found freedom — and now, I help others find it too.

That’s exactly why I created my 12-week Eat with Clarity program — to walk alongside you as you untangle years of diet culture conditioning and come back home to your body. Together, we’ll explore intuitive eating, body image healing, and joyful movement in a way that feels supportive, compassionate, and sustainable. You don’t have to keep doing this alone. Real food freedom, body trust, and self-respect are possible — and you deserve every bit of it.
 

It’s time to say goodbye to rigid food rules, food guilt, feeling out of control, and believing you’re not enough — and hello to taking back your power, rebuilding trust in your body, and living your life with freedom, clarity, and confidence.
